What would make a good defining piece/s for the wedding aisle?
I don’t want to be traditional and have an aisle runner or flower petals. August 15, 2010 is our wedding date and our theme is a cross of nature and love birds. Colors are Black, White, and an earthy green.
I had one idea of using bird cages except don’t know how yet…i need to define my aisle but also to make a pathway to the outdoor ceremony so the guests wont walk through our lodge where i will be waiting. the pathway and aisle have to somehow compliment each other.
why not use small lights or fire torches as the pathway, then use white rose petals as the aisle, hang white bird cages along the aisle on large steaks (so the cages are about shoulder height) and fill with flowers. this will then determine the aisle and the area for friends and family to walk
